La Delegación de Obras informa que el próximo mes de febrero se iniciarán las obras de construcción de un nuevo Sendero Fluvial en el tramo puente Carretera de los Aguilares -límite término municipal de Benahavis (rotonda Mercadona). El proyecto se ejecutará sobre caminos existentes en el margen del río Guadalmina y sobre la acequia también existente. Al ser los caminos terrizos y estar la acequia entubada en algunos tramos mediante tubería de PVC de 500 mm de diámetro, se trata de acondicionamientos de dichos caminos, obteniéndose una anchura de entre 1,00 y 1,5 metros.
El presupuesto base de licitación IVA incluido es de 246.186,41 euros. La empresa adjudicataria ha sido Transportes y Excavaciones Valle del Sol, S.L. por el importe de 204.091,00 euros IVA incluido, con un plazo de ejecución tres meses.

The building delegation informs that next February will start the construction of a new fluvial path in the bridge section Carretera de los Aguilares - limit of the municipality of Benahavis (Mercadona roundabout). The project will be implemented on existing roads on the banks of the Guadalmina River and on the existing irrigation channel. As the roads are earthy and the ditch is piped in some sections with 500 mm diameter PVC pipes, the roads will be conditioned to a width of between 1.00 and 1.5 metres.
The basic budget for the bidding process, including VAT, is 246,186.41 euros. The company awarded the contract was Transportes y Excavaciones Valle del Sol, S.L. for the amount of 204,091.00 euros including VAT, with a three-month completion period.
