La Delegación de Medioambiente, con motivo de la cercanía del verano y, por tanto, del periodo alto de riesgo de incendios por la falta de lluvias propia de esta época del año y en aplicación de lo previsto en la Ley de Protección contra Incendios Forestales de Andalucía y de la Ley 7/2021, de 1 de diciembre, de impulso para la sostenibilidad del territorio de Andalucía y, en relación con el estado de terrenos, parcela y solares comunica:
- Primero. Que todos los propietarios de terrenos, parcelas y solares, tienen el deber de mantenerlos en condiciones de seguridad, salubridad, y ornato público, debiendo realizar para ello, los trabajos necesarios para conservarlos.
- Segundo. El incumplimiento del deber de conservación facultará al Ayuntamiento para realizar la ejecución subsidiaria de los correspondientes trabajos, así como hasta la imposición de hasta diez multas coercitivas con periodicidad mínima mensual, cuyo coste será el diez por ciento del coste estimado de los trabajos ordenados.
- Tercero. Las Entidades Urbanísticas de Conservación y urbanizaciones deberán velar por el cumplimiento de lo establecido en los Planes de Autoprotección contra incendios forestales aprobados por este Ayuntamiento, en aras a la prevención de incendios.

The Delegation of Environment, on the occasion of the approaching summer and, therefore, the high fire risk period due to the lack of rainfall typical of this time of year and in the application of the provisions of the Law on Protection against Forest Fires in Andalusia and Law 7/2021, of 1 December, to promote the sustainability of the territory of Andalusia and, concerning the state of the land, plots and plots communicates:
- First. All owners of land, plots, and lots must maintain them in conditions of safety, health, and public order and carry out the necessary work to preserve them.
- Secondly. Failure to comply with the duty of conservation will authorise the Town Council to carry out the corresponding works and the imposition of up to ten coercive fines with a minimum monthly periodicity, the cost of which will be ten per cent of the estimated cost of the works ordered.
- Three. The Urban Conservation Entities and urbanisations must ensure compliance with the provisions of the Self-Protection Plans against forest fires approved by this Town Council to prevent fires.
